Job Description:
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis.
Salary:
£27,000 per annum
Benefits:
23 days holiday + Bank Holidays and birthday
Pension scheme offered
The Role:
As an internal sales executive you will be responsible for managing customers relationships by phone and email.
Duties:
* Processing of sales orders
* Responding to customer with product enquiries
* Processing returns
* Liaising with the warehouse team
* Outbound calls to customers to check products received
* Upsell of products
Experience / Skills:
* Excellent communication both verbally and written
* Team player
* Knowledge of CRM system
