NHB Recruitment are working with this forward-thinking sustainability platform company in their search for a Finance Manager. This company empower organisations to achieve their sustainability goals using cutting-edge technology and data.
This role (which currently will report directly to the CEO) is positioned to evolve into a Finance Director role within 2-3 years for the right candidate but initially is focussed on controllership, FPA and process improvements.
Role description-
Overseeing all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation
Responsible for day-to-day accounting including month end, management accounts reconciliations and invoicing/cash collection queries as well as cashflow management; ownership of both AP/AR
The successful Finance Manager should have-
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. •
A professional qualification such as ACA (ICAEW) with prior professional services experience
Strong, hands-on accounting background, either gained in practice or within an SME
Open to someone moving from Practice, i.e. , Audit or Transaction Services Experience
Please not this role will follow a hybrid work pattern with one day in the London or Marlow office
