The charity operates a 7-bed supported housing service Ulverston, providing essential care to adult service users with varying mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality support to adult service users with diverse mental health needs.
* Assist with daily living activities, ensuring residents’ well-being and comfort.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with service users, providing emotional support and guidance.
* Follow and implement individual care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
* Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
* Ensure the safety and security of the service users and the facility.
Requirements:
* Proven experience working in a similar supported housing or mental health service.
* A strong understanding of mental health conditions and the challenges faced by service users.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility to adapt to varying shift patterns.
* A commitment to promoting independence and empowering service users.
* Relevant qualifications in health and social care (desirable).
