Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Basic Salary: up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Realistic OTE: £30,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:
*Management up to 250 Properties Under Management (PUM).
*Understanding and upselling of services including ancillary and peripheral products.
*Managing Mid Term Inspection follow ups, quality and trade discount earnings.
*Weekly Arrear management including Rent & Legal Protection submission claims and management.
*Inspection reports for your portfolio including management of quality of content.
