Talent-UK are working closely with our new client based in West Yorkshire. Our client are a well established company. Our client is a market leader in design & print.
Due to expansion our client is now looking to recruit a full time Sales Account Manager to work Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00. This role is office based with occasional travel to customer sites.
This role requires a print background
The role:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts building & maintaining relationships.
* Generate new sales with existing and new customers
* Resolve any queries and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
* Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
* Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
* Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
* Monitor sales metrics quarterly, sales results and annual forecasts
* Develop ideas to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
The candidate
* Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager within print
* Deliver excellent customer experience.
* Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office MS Excel in particular.
* Understanding of sales performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
