What you will be doing:
* Set up and operate resistance, seam, and spot-welding equipment.
* Perform chisel testing, shear testing, and visual inspections.
* Maintain electrodes and ensure they are working properly.
* Follow safety policies and procedures.
* Keep accurate production and testing records.
* Maintain a clean and organised work area.
* Prepare equipment and records for audits.
* Use measuring tools to ensure precision.
* Follow technical drawings and instructions.
* Help your team with other tasks as needed.
About You:
* Experience: Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in resistance welding, especially in aerospace.
* Skills: Experience with welding machines and materials like 12% Chrome, Nimonic, Stainless up to 1.2mm, and Titanium is a plus.
* Attention to Detail: You can perform precise and detailed work.
* Team Player: You work well with others and communicate effectively.
* Adaptable: You can handle different tasks and adjust to new instructions.
* Requirements: You must pass an eye test.
