Product Operations Manager - Luxury Travel
Our client offers a network of luxury homes to discerning customers. They are a unique brand who are now looking for a Product Operations Manager to join them.
Product Operations Manager - What will I be doing ?
* You will be responsible for executing the inventory growth strategy.
* This role requires forging significant partnerships with direct homeowners and property managers to achieve annual growth objectives. Additionally, the manager will formulate and implement compelling strategies to onboard potential clients, presenting and promoting the client’s offerings to luxury property management companies.
* Negotiating commissions and establishing commercial agreements and contracts are also key responsibilities. Ensuring quality control, you will review, and proofread listings crafted by the copywriting team to ensure they adhere to the client’s style guide.
* Performing thorough due diligence on property management companies and homeowner-owned properties is essential.
* You will be training and overseeing a small operations team, providing support through regular training reviews and meetings.
* You will conduct FAM trips to key regions in Europe, visiting properties and key partners.
* You will provide short product briefings in weekly company meetings, highlighting notable properties within the portfolio and introducing newly onboarded inventory.
* You will also focus on improving and streamlining existing processes within the Operations team.
Product Operations Manager - what experience do I need?
* It is essential that you have worked for a company that specialises in renting holiday properties with experience of onboarding new properties or property management companies.
* You must have experience of negotiating contracts and building relationships with key clients.
* You will have a high level of accuracy and be happy executing the loading / updating of details.
* We are looking for someone who is great at process and is commercially aware.
* You will be managing one other person initially, but this will grow, so management experience would be ideal.
* French or Spanish as an extra language would be helpful but not essential.
What else do I need to know?
You will be working Monday to Friday 9 - 6. They have a wonderful office in Central London, and you will be working there 2 days a week. Salary up to £40k. They are an exciting brand to be part of with lots of opportunity to develop this role over time.
