Our dynamic financial services client in London is seeking an experienced and professional PA/Office Manager to join their team.This pivotal role is an opportunity to make a real difference in the smooth running of the organisation. 

What you’ll do:
* Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director: Manage their diary, schedule meetings, handle correspondence and emails, and anticipate their needs.
* Be the first point of contact: Greet visitors, manage internal and external communication, and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
* Orchestrate the office: Maintain efficient systems and workflows, organise team events, and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
* Be the "go-to" person: Proactively address challenges, implement new procedures, and take minutes at meetings.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* Recent experience as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a financial services environment.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
* A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong sense of initiative.
* Impeccable organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
