Duties of the Social Media Executive:
* Manage social media accounts across all brands
* Support the Head of Marketing and Campaign Marketing Manager to identify new social media campaigns
* Capture video and imagery content
* Positive engagement with customers, publishing positive news stories via social media platforms
* Proofread all copy and ensure it meets the tone of voice for brands
* Identify and implement improvements to social media initiatives, based on insight and analysis
* Report on ROI for social media platforms
* Provide monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights
* Maximise followers across social media platforms
Profile
A successful Social Media Executive should have:
* A degree in Marketing or relevant field
* Proven experience in social media management
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
* Familiarity with web design and publishing
* Excellent multitasking skills
* Good understanding of social media KPIs
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work in a team
