We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance/Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team.
The Role:
* Assist with the processing of sundry purchase ledger invoices and ensuring that are signed off by the relevant person before being entered onto system.
* Checking accounts from the aged analysis and obtaining and updating bank details, always ensuring attention to detail.
* Implement all finance company agreements as per the terms of the finance company.
* To request finance termination figures, settle appropriate agreements and ensure clearance is given by the finance companies for the auction houses, in a timely manner.
* Check all supplier statements which have items overdue on it and chase copy invoices where appropriate.
* Assist Accounts Manager with finance company audits.
* Update daily cashflow.
* Reconciling visa bills.

* Have good knowledge of VAT?
