Radley Green have partnered with a well established fast-growing e-commerce business based just outside London that are seeking to add to their financial controls and reporting team.
The role reports directly into a Senior Finance Manager and works across the team on financial reporting and internal controls maintenance.
This role will pay up to 70k and will be hybrid working, in the office 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establishing and reviewing internal controls working closely with the business as a whole.
* Communicating with the senior leadership team and providing regular updates on the internal controls.
* Assisting in the production and presentation of month end balance sheet reviews and interim reporting to shareholders
* Provide assistance to the Company’s internal and external auditors for the execution of their procedures
* Working closely with the auditors on any financial controls queries.
* Promoting financial control awareness and guiding the teams in establishing efficient controls.
* Ad-hoc project work.
Role Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified.
* Relative industry / practice experience..
* Experience working on financial control frameworks
* Strong efficient communicator
* Well organised and motivated to work well within a team.
