Job Role: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Sheffield
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

We are excited to partner with a leading MSP renowned for delivering top-notch IT solutions to businesses. They are looking for a talented and motivated IT Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team and help drive projects to successful completion.
  
Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
* Proactively address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project lifecycle.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Maintain detailed project documentation, including project charters, status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
* Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure project requirements are met.
* Ensure that all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
  
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT project coordination, preferably within a managed service provider or similar environment.
* Degree in Project Management or a related field.
