An opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager, who is looking to progress their career in Block Management, to join our team, covering the Warwickshire & Worcestershire area.

The Assistant Property Manager is a key member of the Block Management team and will help with the day-to-day management of the company’s portfolio and actively contribute to the smooth running of the department.   

Assistant Block Manager Benefits
* A strong basic salary of £26-28,5000
* Paid for and supported industry qualifications
* 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Monday to Friday role only, no weekends
Assistant Property Manager Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the management of a portfolio located in the Worcestershire and Warwickshire area,
* Liaising with contractors for the day-to-day maintenance and major works for the portfolio,
* Helping to maintain the health and safety regulations and legislation for the portfolio,
* Assisting the Property Managers to collate all information required for the preparation of service charge budgets,
* Preparing company documents for distribution,
* Attending AGMs and minute taking,
* Liaising with leaseholders and answering their queries in a timely and prompt manner, 
* Assisting with general office administration as necessary
* Assist the Property Managers with the Section 20 consultations for the portfolio,
* Carry out sites visits as required 

Assistant Property Manager Experience Needed
* Minimum one year Block Management experience,
* A good knowledge of Section 20/major work consultation processes
* Experience of working within a close team environment,
* Administration experience within a busy environment,
* Basic service charge accounts knowledge.
