Job Purpose
The NEC Systems Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, module leads, Housing Management IT, external vendors, and NEC to ensure the system meets the local authority’s requirements and is delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the solution design, parameter design and configuration of the NEC Housing system, ensuring it is configured to meet the specific needs of the local authority and module leads.
* Lead the mapping of legacy (Capita) data to NEC data. o Support the council IT team’s build activity by advising on build steps and actions.
* Conduct detailed analysis of current, module specific, processes to identify requirements and areas for improvement.
* Support SBC business users and module leads during NEC-led workshops, challenging appropriately and providing the benefit of your experience of similar implementations.
