CONFERENCE PRODUCER (PART TIME, 12 MONTH CONTRACT)
15 - 18 HOURS PER WEEK
LONDON BASED OFFICE
SALARY £42,000 (PRO RATA) + BENEFITS
HYBRID WORKING - 1 DAY IN OFFICE

THE COMPANY
The client is one the UK’s leading and largest associations related to the travel industry. For over 70 years, they have helped members run successful travel businesses, and provided travellers with advice, guidance and support. They also offer a diverse events programme for members, designed to keep travel businesses up to date on the most important industry and business-critical issues. Events can range from one to two-day conferences to training days and seminars.

THE ROLE 
They are now looking for a part time Content Producer to join the events team on a part time 12-month contract. You will be part of the events team helping to deliver a range of events, heavily focused on content production, including content research and sourcing speakers.
Reporting into the Head of Events you will be responsible for:
* Conducting market research on event topics
* Writing content-led event agenda’s
* Identifying and sourcing senior industry speakers
* Stakeholder management
* Liaising with speakers throughout the events cycle.
* Supporting the events marketing team with marketing copywriting
* Project managing and running your events on the day, including dealing with basic logistics.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in conference production or creating training content either for an association or conference organiser. You will also ideally have exposure to liaising with both sponsorship teams and speakers.
The role is part time with hybrid working available - 1 day in office. You will also be required to run your own events from start to finish on the actual event day.
