* Insurance Experience: Previous experience in an insurance role is essential, ideally in a commercial environment, but personal lines experience will also be considered.
* Acturis Knowledge: Familiarity with Acturis is a plus, but not required.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.
* Organisational Skills: Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail and effective time management.
* Team Player: Ability to work well within a supportive team environment.
