Key Responsibilities as a Principal Systems Engineer
* Accountable for completion of Systems Engineering activities throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Support the implementation of Systems Engineering processes.
* Support/lead stakeholder technical reviews.
* Engage multi-discipline teams to facilitate successful delivery.
* Ensure delivery in accordance with company standards of conduct.
Core Experience and Skills
* Proven experience and knowledge of Systems Engineering models, techniques, lifecycle planning, delivering and reporting.
* Experience of requirements development, design, integration and acceptance.
* Experience using MBSE tools and techniques such as Enterprise Architect, Bizz Design, No Magic, SysML, UML, ArchiMate, TOGAF, SOSAF, or UAF.
* Familiar with military environmental standards (e.g. DEF STAN 00-35, 59-411)
* Strong team player with good people and communication skills.
* Systems thinking, logical approach, RCA/rectification/regression management.
* Engaging ’can do’ attitude.
