Job Description:
Finance Administrator – 3 Month FTC – Office Based
* Contract: Fixed Term (3 months, potential to extend or move permanent)
* Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week – flexible on days)
* Location: East End Glasgow
* Salary: £12 - £15.50 per hour (based on experience)
Our client are seeking a dedicated Finance Administrator to join their team initially on a 3 month fixed term contract with the potential to be extended or move to a permanent position. The role involves managing accounts while also providing support across the wider UK function.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Raising purchase orders and processing purchase invoices
* Raising sales orders and creating sales invoices
* Keeping accurate trackers of sales and costs, comparing them to budgets
* Collaborating with the Finance Manager and team members across locations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in finance and accounts administration
* Strong attention to detail and process-driven
* Analytical mindset with a proficiency in dealing with numbers
* A proactive approach with a drive to complete tasks and take pride in work
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
