Our client, a leading Build to Rent company, is currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to support them during a busy period. This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Customer Service Advisor Job Description
* Welcome and assist customers upon arrival.
* Check-in new customers and provide room tours.
* Send out necessary customer information.
* Receive and store parcels, and deliver to designated rooms.
* Organise and distribute key fobs.
* Conduct building walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
* Book in maintenance faults and log all visitors.
* Perform any ad-hoc duties as needed.
Customer Service Advisor Experience
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hotels, accommodation, or similar industries.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent email and phone communication skills.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service from industries such as build to rent, lettings, hotels, student accommodation, or retail. The ideal candidate will be available for an immediate start, possess a positive attitude, and have an outgoing personality.
