Job Description:
Our client, who provide compliance support to a range of firms all over the UK, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will provide a high level of customer service and support to clients preparing and assisting with their Financial Regulatory Returns.
The candidate will be part of a small team reporting directly to the Company Director. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident in written & verbal communication with clients and third parties, and comfortable with standard MS Office software packages (Excel, Word, Outlook), able to work independently.
Experience in compliance isn’t essential.
Once per quarter the role may require some evening and weekend working in order to meet regulatory deadlines, but otherwise we are happy to discuss flexible working and will only require staff to attend the London office 1-2 times per quarter.
Role Responsibilities
* Liaising with clients on a day to day basis via phone and email
* Management of high value client relationships
* Producing invoices and scheduling
* Submissions of returns to various financial regulators
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in administration
* Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic
* Strong experience of working with MS Office software packages such as Outlook & Excel
* Strong attention to detail
