Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 Plus Uncapped Quarterly Commission

Role Summary:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling metrology to potential clients. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent communication skills, will drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Company Summary:
* UKAS Calibration Laboratory.
* Distributor of metrology instruments.
* Extensive inventory from top manufacturers.
* Next-day delivery available.
* Manufacturer of Metal Components.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
* Identify and engage potential clients across England, Wales, and Scotland.
* Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and utilize LinkedIn for networking.
* Re-engage lapsed clients.
* Book and conduct product demonstrations.
* Handle installations and provide technical support.
Account Management:
* Manage existing client accounts.
* Foster strong relationships with clients.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Demonstrations
* Required to install equipment for customers.
* Perform demonstrations for customers and their employees.
* Do question and answers with customers staff.
Sales Meetings and Reporting:
Monday to Thursday: Focus on business development activities and booking in Demonstrations. 
Friday morning: Weekly meeting on Teams.
* Review sales projections and pipeline.
* Discuss achievements and key wins.
* Plan for the following week.
Requirements:
* Drivers Licence.
* Engineering background or Manufacturing background.
* Knowledge of Metrology.
* Passion for technical sales and customer satisfaction.
* Hunter mentality (proactive, results-driven).
