Our client, a well-established franchised car dealership in Grantham, is looking for a new junior member of staff who is bright, enthusiastic and has a passion for cars. This is an outstanding and rare opportunity to begin a career in car sales, with full training and support, a basic salary, the opportunity to earn commission from sales, and a company car after successful completion of a probationary period.
The successful candidate will be given a great opportunity to develop their skills in automotive industry sales in a friendly team, with excellent potential for long term career progression in this well known and highly respected company. The Sales Executive package includes a basic, commission and company car, the outcome of which will mean you should earn around £35000 total in your first year, but from year 2 onwards, you will be expected to earn well in excess of £35-40000 OTE per year.
You must have a FULL UK driving licence and be prepared to work weekends with a day off in the week.
