Job Description:
Our client is a leading, international Jewish charity based in London. We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support their incredibly busy CEO on a 1-1 basis. This is a multi-faceted role which would be perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant seeking an involved position in a dynamic organisation which is offering an excellent salary package, generous holidays, parking and other benefits. Please note that this is a full time, office based role.

Main Duties:
-Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the CEO
-Assist the CEO in achieving objectives and developing projects across the organisation including research for strategic decision-making
-Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and complex travel arrangements
-Oversee the CEO’s work planner, ensuring timely completion of tasks
-Produce high-quality documents, board meeting notes, reports and presentations
-Monitor and screen the CEO’s emails and phone calls
-Arrange meetings, seminars, conferences, and dinners, including booking hospitality, venues, transport and catering
-Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
Perform any other duties as reasonably required

Required Experience & Skills:
-Minimum of 4 years working as an Executive Assistant at board Director level
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritising a heavy workload and meeting tight deadlines with excellent attention to detail
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM databases, with good numeracy skills
-Understanding of the Jewish community, religion and culture is highly desirable
