About the Role:
In this position, you will play a key role in advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass:
* Granting and renewing commercial leases
* Managing the purchase and sale of investment properties
* Overseeing commercial and residential development projects, including those subject to occupational leases
* Engaging in commercial landlord and tenant development work
* Providing expert management services for commercial properties
* Advising both landlords and tenants, with a focus on commercial lending matters
