As the Head of Engineering, you will lead a talented team of engineers, driving the development and deployment of innovative software solutions. You will play a crucial role in shaping their technical strategy, ensuring projects align with their mission and deliver real-world impact. You will be required to come into the office once a week.

Key Skills the Head of Engineering will have:
* At least 3 years experience being head of or managing a software team.
* Previous experience with C# and .NET technologies
* Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
* Good experience with Microsoft Azure
* Project management experience
* Exposure to CI/CD technologies
Roles and responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of passionate software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
* Develop and implement technical strategies that align with their mission and organisational goals.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating best practices into their development processes.
* Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development.
Company benefits:
* Starting salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum
