Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Job Reference: GFD / 36747
Job description: We are currently recruiting for multiple Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners to join a firm situated in the North on a permanent basis, with these roles varying from newly qualified to senior case handling positions.
The firm in question are looking for candidates to be stationed out of either their South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, or Cumbria office.
Ideally, the client is looking for candidates available on a full-time basis, however applicants available on a part-time basis will also be considered.
Duties:
* Handling a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters
* Liaising with clients, Estate Agents, and other Fee Earners
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
The successful candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licenced Conveyancer.
Salary: Dependant on experience
