We are searching for a Service Improvement Lead to join one of the world’s largest Aerospace & Defence organisations on a hybrid working model from their Warton site.
The organisation provides products and services to government agencies spanning areas such as Air, Land, Sea, Cyber, Electronics and Space however this role will be situated within their Air division.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for Continuous Service Improvement relating to the support of the AIR-ERP service.
* Responsible for the maintaining and developing the AIR ERP service model and associated process documentation.
* Responsible for the co-ordination and integration of support processes across associated service suppliers
* Providing reporting and status updates to the management team as required
* Support cost reduction activities
* Supporting service reviews and ensure that agreed service changes are managed through to delivery.
Background required:
* Service oriented background within IT Support Processes
* Project Management experience
* Senior Stakeholder Management
* ITIL (highly desirable)
