Job Description:
Role: Part time Temporary Credit Controller
Location: London hybrid
Hourly Rate: £15 per hour plus holiday pay accrual
Duration: 8 weeks
Hours: 20 hours per week
Our City based client, is looking for a confident and outgoing Credit Controller to provide part time support, specifically around 5 key client accounts within the NHS.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Proactively manage the credit control across a portfolio of NHS customers/clients.
Build a basic understanding of the businesses that are funded and their products when chasing in payment of the invoices/book debts.
Be responsible for the posting and allocation of collections against your portfolio of customers/clients.
Chase outstanding invoices/book debts by telephone, email and/or letter in line with an agreed schedule.
Undertake monthly sales ledger reviews across your portfolio.
Verify invoices/book debts by checking receipt of goods/services.
Communicate regularly with clients, customers, and work as part of a team.
Candidates are expected to have or attain the following:
Experience working as a Credit Controller with NHS exposure
Strong communication and inter-personal skills with a willingness to get involved within an enthusiastic and passionate team.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Word/Outlook and Excel.
Good communication and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to varying workloads
