LEAD INSIGHT ANALYST - LONDON

THE COMPANY
As a Lead Insight Analyst in this role, you will generate actionable insights through your analysis on a world-renowned establishment’s audience.
THE ROLE
The successful Lead Insight Analyst responsibilities will include:
* Conduct in-depth analysis to help develop a foundational understanding of customer behaviour and loyalty.
* Conduct analysis across CRM campaigns, running A/B tests to identify effectiveness.
* Take the lead in providing insights on site performance, with a particular focus on attendance, demographics, and revenue generation.
* Supervise and enhance the reporting functions and across various teams, focusing on business intelligence and dashboard utilisation.
* Manage stakeholder relationships by gathering requirements from various parts of the organisation and tailor reporting and analysis to meet their specific needs.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Lead Insight Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
* Familiarity with coding languages like SQL and Python.
* Proficiency in using BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
* Proven experience in the analysis of customer behaviour/retention/acquisition/churn/loyalty and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns.
