Position: Maintenance Handyperson
Location: Birmingham
Salary: From £26,000 per year
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 05:30pm

What You’ll Do: * Safety Checks: Test fire detection systems and emergency lighting monthly.
* Maintenance Requests: Quickly tackle maintenance requests.
* Emergency Response: Handle emergency repairs during working hours.
* General Upkeep: Perform various repair and maintenance tasks.
* Gardening: Spruce up gardens every two months.
What You Need: * Driver’s License: Valid and ready to use.
* Skills & Health: Handy skills and good physical condition.
* Independence: Self-starter with excellent time management.
* Safety Savvy: Knowledgeable about health and safety regulations.
* Detail-Oriented: Eye for detail and commitment to high standards.
* Local Know-How: Familiar with Birmingham.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in maintenance.
Perks: * Salary: Up to £29,000.
* Time Off: 28 days including bank holidays.
