£57,000-£65,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
Our client is a global investments firm with a superb reputation and an excellent benefits package.
A newly created role has arisen to support an innovative and high-profile CEO, working in coordination with his Business EA and as part of the C-suite team, to focus on all aspects of his busy life.
Initially reporting into the Business EA, duties will include the organisation of regular travel, including liaison with the household staff, invoice payments in a timely manner, responding to highly confidential emails on the CEO’s behalf, organising personal appointments and acting as a conduit throughout his personal staff, both in the UK and in Europe. This EA position will work in the C-suite team of the head office, so you will be exposed to many of the internal projects throughout the organisation and will have previous experience in a corporate business. Whilst this is not a 24/7 role, the EA should be open to dealing with any urgent issues outside of the core hours.
You should be used to navigating all layers of a business, being able to step up to C-level and used to working at pace, with lots of last-minute developments. This opportunity would suit an EA with some Private EA knowledge who understands the flexibility and discretion required at this level. In return, you will work within an extremely supportive and loyal team, and for a very personable CEO at the top of his game.
My client is ideally looking for a combination of Business and Private EA or PA exposure within the finance sector. Exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential, as are key attributes such as high emotional intelligence and a resourceful nature. This is a unique opportunity for a true self-starter to really make an impact in one of the world’s most exciting Financial players.
Salary is dependent on experience.
