Description
* Leading and managing the in-house Womenswear and Girlswear graphic design team.
* Developing and implementing creative design strategies in line with business goals.
* Alongside the talented team, design AOP, front print and license product.
* Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery.
* Ensuring all designs align with the brand image and meet quality standards.
* Reviewing and providing feedback on team’s design work.
* Setting timelines and managing resources for design projects.
* Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
Profile
A successful Graphic Design Manager should have:
* A degree in graphic design or a related field.
* Proven experience in a similar leadership role within womens and/or kidswear.
* Experience working with Bangladesh.
* Ability to produce AOP, front print and graphic work.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Proficiency in design software and technologies.
* Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
