Housing Officer – Housing Association – Brief Overview:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well-established housing association in Merseyside who are looking to appoint an Housing Officer on an initial 3 month rolling contract with indication to be extended. This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate between £21 - £23 per hour through umbrella, for a 37-hour contract per week. This position offers flexible working hours along with hybrid working.
Housing Officer– Housing Association – About the Role:
* Delivering effective housing management service, including tenancy management an enforcement
* Supporting the delivery of an effective income collection service where needed
* Dealing with elements of ASB such as safeguarding and mediation
* Undertaking effective lettings service where needed for void properties and end of tenancy
Housing Officer – Housing Association – What You Need
* Previous experience as a Housing Officer
* Access to a vehicle
* Knowledge of Social Housing industry
