Data Analyst - People Analytics
Up to £47,500
Primarily remote with occasional travel into London
This is a fantastic opportunity for people with a passion for sports and who want to make a large-scale impact for a governing body.
The Company
This company is the governing body for a national sport that has grown in popularity year on year. They are passionate for the work they do across welfare, competitors and organisers and are looking to continue to deliver insights across the sport.
The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be:
* A data lead for People projects, working across a variety of projects including headcount, demographics, labour cost, recruitment, training and employee development data intelligence.
* Use data and insights to understand the lifecycle of an industry employee.
* Build and maintain Power BI dashboards.
* Carry out data analysis and research on critical indicators and help create reports.
Skills & Experience:
To be successful as a Data Analyst, you should have experience:
* Working in a similar Data Analyst position.
* Hands on experience in SQL, being able to interrogate data and provide business insights.
* Experience building dashboards through Power BI.
