Job Description:
Our client, a growing company who provide a range of services to their clients, is looking for a bright and motivated Account Manager to join them.
As an Account Manager you will look after a portfolio of clients across various niche markets. The successful candidate will be keen to learn, an excellent communicator with superb problem solving skills.
Experience working in the Print sector with a background in Digital and Litho print would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
Duties include
* Raising accurate estimates on the system capturing all costs and quoting customers
* Briefing Operation Managers to ensure each project is produced to the highest quality
* Creating Job Bags, ensuring instructions are accurate and clear for all departments
* Liaising with suppliers and developing relationships, ensuring our Warehouse & Purchasing Manager can accurately raise and receipt Purchase Orders
* Manage all work in progress effectively, making certain that you know at what stage in production your jobs are progressing to throughout its journey
* Ensuring the end product is manufactured to the exact customer specification, to a high standard, and that it is delivered on time, including signing off proofs
* Confirming delivery dates to clients
* Investigating and troubleshooting issues, resolving within an acceptable time frame.
Skills/Experience
* Be an excellent communicator
* Possess good planning and organisational skills, working well under pressure
* Be self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and deadlines set
* Demonstrate good problem-solving skills whilst working tactfully and with a friendly attitude
* Be adaptable to change and not afraid to keep looking at ways to improve ourselves personally and as a business
* Find solutions to problems independently and be confident in executing them
