Hexagon Group are delighted to be working with a long-standing client of ours who over the last 18 months have grown at a rapid rate and have won several significant instructions. They now require a Facilities Manager to join their experienced facilities management team to manage a bespoke, mixed-use portfolio of properties across Central London. Our client has a clear progression route for their Facilities Managers and have numerous success stories to prove this.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of your allocated portfolio, providing exceptional levels of customer service to your tenants.
* Overseeing statutory compliance for the properties and ensuring health & safety protocols are being followed.
* Production, management, and reconciliation of each building’s service charge budgets.
* Working with the project / engineering management teams in regard to M&E replacement projects, and refurbishments.
* Launching on tenant engagement activities, and coordinating pop up events, utilising the resources of the local community
* Management of the hard & service partners on-site, and monitoring their performance
You will ideally be from a property management background and have experience in managing either residential, commercial, or retail assets. It is essential that you have previous experience in setting service charge budgets and be up to date with building legislation and statutory compliance. Ideally, all of your experience will be backed up with an industry recognised qualification such as an IOSH, NEBOSH or IWFM Certificate.
