P4 are working together with a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. They are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Worker based in Salisbury.
Salary: £24,500 per year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Additional information:
* On-call (1 in every 4 weeks), £100/week when on-call
* A valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is required - business insurance will be required for roles involving travel to work
The Role:
As a Supported Housing Worker, your role is to deliver person-centred, high-quality support and housing management to single homeless clients with low to medium-level needs. Your objective is to assist clients in achieving sustainable progress towards greater independence within specified timeframes.
Responsibilities include:
* Carry out any referrals coming into the service following the assessment process
* Implement and monitor client support plans and risk assessments
* Ensure all safeguarding procedures and service policies are followed
* To give clients advice, information and provide an enabling service so that they can access appropriate services
* Responsible for the day-to-day health and safety and safe running of the service including liaison with external contractors
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Experience working with vulnerable adults and/or people with complex needs
* Able to build effective relationships with clients and services in order to develop pathways to enable clients to make positive changes
