Your new opportunity
We are recruiting a part time Administrator in our Ruchazie Nursery service. This is a permanent role working 16 hours per week.
As the service Administrator you will work alongside managers, team leaders and support staff and provide them with day-to-day administrative support. The role will include working to strict deadlines and ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out efficiently.
What you will need to bring to the role
* Previous experience in working in a similar role
* Good interpersonal skills, interact with people from all walks of life.
* Effective communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, written & IT skills
* Confident in problem solving and decision making. Ability to consult others appropriately.
* Ability to work as part of a team either working alongside others or remotely as appropriate
* Accountable and committed to high personal work standards.
* Ability to put learning into practice and prepared to take on new challenges.
