Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled Trade Parts Advisor to join their busy team in Croydon.
You will be a vital link between customers and the business, playing a key role in providing exceptional service and support.
Responsabilities
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
* Handle customer sales orders and queries professionally
* Upsell products and services to achieve sales targets
* Escalate issues to senior advisors or management as needed
* Look up and pre-pick customer parts orders
* Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up calls
* Follow company policies in all customer interactions
* Stay updated on products, services, and policies
Requirements
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and planning skillS
* Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
* Experience with data management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, KEYLOOP
The Package
* Basic salary: £27,000 - £28,000 + £35,000 OTE
* Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
