Role: HR Officer

Duration: 3 months with possible extension
Location: Sunderland SR3 3XR
Rate: £15.61 per hour, PAYE + Holiday
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Officer to join our client based in Sunderland. The role is for 3 months, with a possibility for an extension for the right candidate.
The duties of the HR Officer will include:
* Supporting the wider HR teams with HR Projects
* Coordinating and accurately recording of HR data
* Ensuring that all data inputted into the system is accurate
* Supporting hiring managers with job descriptions and adverts
* Supporting hiring managers with the end-to-end recruitment process
* Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Contributing to development and implementation of best practice approaches
The ideal HR Officer will:
* Have previous experience in a similar role
* Be qualified to CIPD Level 3 or working towards
* Have experience in recruitment, and HR projects
The HR Officer will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands, whilst working in a high-pressured environment.
