Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Leeds
£25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum + Commission

Search is recruiting Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Leeds office.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development, as well as sourcing new candidates through industry-leading job boards, social media, and referrals.

You will receive award-winning training from our dedicated Talent Development team, who will support you at every step of your career with Search. You will enroll in three training programmes to quickly develop your skills, with 1:1 coaching and online learning.

In return, you will receive a competitive remuneration package, which includes an uncapped commission structure with a 0% threshold. Commission payments are paid up to 40% of the revenue you generate, and you will have the opportunity to benefit from our Golden Ticket incentive, where you can earn up to £500 in lifestyle vouchers.

What will you be doing?
* Contacting new and existing clients to generate new opportunities through B2B sales calls, LinkedIn & Meetings
* Attending client meetings (face-to-face or virtually) to discuss job profiles & SLA’s.
* Negotiating fees & rates with clients to ensure you maximise your commercial output.
* Writing engaging job adverts & using social media to source the best talent.
* Sourcing candidates using industry-leading job boards & carrying out interviews.
* Managing each stage of the process including interviews & offers.
* Maintaining regular contact with your candidates & clients.
