We are hiring a Personal Assistant for our client’s expanding family law team in Birmingham. This role involves providing essential PA and secretarial support to ensure efficient team operations.
The ideal candidate will be a confident team player with experience liaising with clients and professionals. Responsibilities include greeting clients and visitors, managing daily post/DX administration, organizing meetings and appointments, and producing accurate work via audio typing. Proficiency in relevant software and the ability to manage your own work and productivity are crucial. Creating a positive, collaborative work environment is key.
Essential skills include strong planning, organization, client service, and communication. The ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work flexibly is required. Experience in a similar family law role is necessary.
