Site AdministratorReading £27,000
Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and administrative support? We are seeking a dedicated Site Administrator to join our team in Reading, offering a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities: * Weekly Staff Management: Run clocking reports, ensure shift managers clear exceptions.
* Monthly Returns: Prepare monthly returns for salaried employees in conjunction with the GM.
* Absence Data Management: Collate absence data for action by managers, update the HR System, and calculate Bradford Factor scores.
* Right to Work Checks: Track and verify right to work checks for new and existing employees.
* Archiving: Maintain monthly archiving of records.
* Data Accuracy: Ensure all spreadsheets and systems are accurate and up to date, including trackers (e.g., RTW, exit interviews).
* Probation Tracking: Monitor probation periods and follow up on outstanding forms.
* New Starter Support: Assist with onboarding new starters, including induction packs, contracts, data entry, welcome packs, and uniforms.
* Personnel Files: Keep personnel files and general filing up to date.
* Meeting Coordination: Send invitation letters and take minutes at on-site meetings.
* Audits: Conduct necessary audits as required.
* Training Reminders: Drive annual training reminders and manage paperwork with line managers using T100.
* Health & Safety: Support the site with H&S issues and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job adverts, job fairs, arranging interviews, and necessary paperwork.
* HR Projects: Participate in HR projects, engagement activities, and chair engagement focus groups.
* Team Collaboration: Operate as a team player, supporting colleagues.
* Holiday Records: Administer holiday records.
* Learning and Development: Take ownership of personal learning and development.
* KPI Reporting: Ensure weekly KPI information is completed timely.
* Noticeboards: Ensure all noticeboards display relevant and current information.
* Management Team Support: Coordinate administration for the on-site management team.
* Workplace Maintenance: Ensure workspace cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
* Training Attendance: Attend training courses as required.
* Company Relations: Foster and maintain good working relations throughout the Company.
* Ad hoc Duties: Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
