Warehouse Supervisor Requirements
* Manage daily inbound/outbound business needs, including fleet maintenance.
* Ensure accurate processing of orders, timely stock replenishments, and quality checks.
* Use KPIs to monitor performance and provide feedback in regular team meetings.
* Plan resources for peak trading, resolve delivery issues, and ensure health/safety compliance.
* Conduct investigation meetings, provide team training, and handle key holder duties.
Warehouse Supervisor Skills & Experience Required
* Proven warehouse experience.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety practices and legislation.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Driving license.
