My client is a FTSE 250, international, and rapidly growing business based in Leicester looking for a Accounts Payable Clerk on a permanent full-time basis.
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for the following duties:
* Processing payments on a daily basis utilising SAP
* Reporting on what stock has been sold in the previous week
* Working closely with Sales Ledger
* Month-end reconciliations and reporting
* Supplier liaison and supplier statement reconciliations
* Matching and coding of invoices
The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will have the following experience:
* 2 - 3 years in a Accounts Payable or similar role
* Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, vlookups)
* SAP & Microsoft Access experience (desirable)
As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be entitled to the following:
* Study Support (ACCA/CIMA once successfully passing your 3 month probation)
* £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
* 1 day from home once able to work independently
* Full-time, permanent contract
