Job Description:
New Homes Sales Administrator (Temp to Perm)
Location: New Office in Barking
Working Hours:
* Monday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
* Tuesday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sales Administrator to join a brand new office in Barking, you will be representing a 5* developer. This is a temp to perm position, ideal for someone who is organised, computer literate, and has a good understanding of the customer journey in new home sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle invoicing, reservations, and filing tasks efficiently.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, representing the developer professionally.
* Manage the administrative process from exchange to completion.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Utilise Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel.
* Understanding of the customer journey in new home sales.
* Knowledge of the exchange to completion process.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
* Strong communication skills to represent the developer effectively.
