Registered Manager - Childrens Home
Hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)
               (Flexible)

You will offer a service that fully meets legislative and regulatory requirements, while ensuring a safe, positive, and nurturing residential home for children and young people in order for them to live a fulfilled life.

Working at a residential children’s home.
* Manage and oversee the home
* Ensure high standards for Ofsted’s quality standards
* Work alongside other heads of departments
* Ensure there is a high standard of care from all staff
* Ensure the quality of the children’s development is met
* Sorting all paperwork/record keeping and operation procedures are met
* Domestic duties and overseeing maintenance of the home.


Qualifications and experience:
Level 5 NVQ working with children (Management)
Experience working with Ofsted
24 months experience managing a residential children’s home.
