Pay rates vary depending on the Local Authority but typically rates below:
* Social Worker Up to £45,055
* Experienced Social Worker Up to £49,670
* Senior Practitioner Children Social Work Up to £54,695

Requirements:
* Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience in statutory social work functions, including safeguarding and support.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social work practice.
* Commitment to promoting social change, safeguarding vulnerable individuals, and maximising independence.
