This world leading global SaaS / Financial Services organisation is now seeking a talented Web Content Writer for a 6 month contract at their UK headquarters in central London. Can be a hybrid role.
Duties:
* Generate new content for assigned product areas to provide in-product, self-service and assisted support information that helps customers use the company’s products.
* Research user needs and understand assigned products.
* Creates new content using UI and GenAI specifications.
* Provides input into templates, web page look and feel, and document presentation.
* Coordinates with SMEs, and other Tech Writers and Sr. Tech Writers, across timezones, to ensure that they are focusing on the critical aspects.
Skills
* 5 years + Web Content writing experience
* Familiar with Content Management Systems i.e. WordPress and Jira
* UI and GenAI specifications
* Excellent communications skills
* Financial, accountancy background would prove very useful
