Supervisor- | London | Jewellery | Up to £30,000

Our client is a fast growing British jewellery brand, their main purpose to inspire confidence for clients. We are now seeking an Supervisor to join their concession within a busy department store in Central London. As the Concession Supervisor you will be fully immersed in every aspect of the customers’ journey as they visit the concession.
The role as a Supervisor:
The overall purpose of the role is to act as a brand ambassador, offer style advice and ensure motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
As our Supervisor you will be:
* Min 1 year experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a customer facing role.
* Proven retail sales experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
